Return policy
Due to our products being custom printed just for you, we will not accept returns. However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement.
Refund policy
You can request a refund or a replacement within 7 days of you receiving the item in the following cases:
Damaged/Incorrect Order
At ChipteeAmz, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, contact our support staff for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
Refund Process
Please email us at support@chipteeamz.com to request refund or replacement with:
- A clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
- Your order number and the email address registered to the order.
- More details about the package that are relevant.
Our Customer support team will use this information to check the specific problem of your order. Within 24 hours we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ reprint
If your refund request is approved, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days.
Please note :
Items that have been successfully received by customers within 7 days are eligible for refund or resend. Once 7 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and replacement will no longer be accepted.
We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the product details link to find your best fit!
Only defective products in manufacture, packaging, and delivery are the responsibility of Chipteeamz. Problems related to shipment due to customer's fault or emerging during use as a result of non-compliance with instruction or customer faults, whether unintentional or intentional, are not covered by ChipteeAmz Return & Refund policy.
