Affiliates may not use or bid on terms, words or phrases that are similar to our trade names.

This includes terms that are exactly the same as the restricted trade name but are written in a different case, misspellings, abbreviations, and combining the restricted trade name with other terms, words, or phrases. You are not permitted to use our brand’s name including any variations or misspellings as a display URL. And you are not allowed to advertise in our brand language and use the destination URL in the advertising links. All terms we prohibit Affiliates from implementing when cooperating with our company are as follows:

Use of Logos and Trademarks in Websites

In case, If an Affiliate breach is found, the Affiliate may face various forms of handling based on the type and seriousness of the infringement. The levels are as follows:

Reminders and warnings

Cancel commissions for violating orders

Cancel all commissions

Temporary Campaign Suspension

Removed from the campaign

Close the account
